New Delhi: An old video of Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has gone viral after his recent move from the Aam Aadmi Party to the Bharatiya Janata Party.

In the resurfaced clip, Chadha is seen criticising the BJP, referring to it as a “washing machine” where “corrupt leaders come out clean without any detergent”. The video is now being widely shared, with users drawing attention to his recent political shift.

Several reactions on social media have referenced his earlier remarks, with users commenting on the contrast between his past criticism and current position following his entry into the BJP.

The development comes amid significant political changes within the Aam Aadmi Party in the Rajya Sabha. On Friday, 7 out of the party’s 10 members in the Upper House reportedly resigned. Among them, three leaders, including Chadha, formally joined the BJP the same day, while others are expected to follow.

Chadha had also announced that two-thirds of AAP’s Rajya Sabha members were leaving the party and moving towards a merger with the BJP.
