Operations at Dubai International Airport (DXB) have partially resumed from March 7, with some flights operating from both DXB and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), airport authorities said.

In an update posted on X, Dubai Airports said limited services had restarted but warned passengers not to travel to the airport unless their airline has confirmed their flight.

“We have partially resumed operations from today, 7 March, with some flights operating out of DXB and DWC. Please do not travel to the airport unless you have been contacted by your airline that your flight is confirmed, as schedules continue to change,” the airport operator said.

Earlier disruptions

Flight operations in Dubai had been temporarily suspended earlier as authorities implemented precautionary safety measures, disrupting arrivals and departures at one of the world’s busiest international aviation hubs.

Major carriers including Emirates had halted services temporarily and advised passengers not to travel to the airport while the situation was being assessed.
