Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has told an easy way to make protein shake at home. He says that instead of expensive protein powder available in the market, you can easily make protein shake in a healthy way. Some dates to make this shake. Take raisins, almonds, walnuts, figs and a ripe banana. Now put all these things in the mixer and add a glass of milk on top. If you don’t like milk then you can add curd instead. Grind everything well until it becomes smooth. In this way, a healthy protein shake rich in protein, vitamins and nutrition will be prepared. You can take this shake after workout.
According to Baba Ramdev, this protein is rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. The almonds and walnuts present in it provide the body with a good amount of protein and healthy fat, which helps in strengthening the minerals. Dates and banana provide instant energy to the body and help in removing fatigue. Figs and raisins improve digestion and provide relief from constipation.
Baba Ramdev says that this protein shake is very healthy but people who have any kind of health issue, especially diabetes, kidney disease or allergy to milk and curd, should consume this protein shake only after consulting the doctor.
